Sales Director
Position responsibility:
1.Market insight of Mining industry in Morocco, and support the strategy planning;
2.Engage director level customers, be responsible for customer relationship, discover and guide sales opportunities;
3.Survey and manage the customers requirements, and make corresponding sales strategy;
4.Develop partners in the mining industry and build an ecosystem.
Professional Knowledge:
1.More than 5 years experience in the Mining industry, rich knowledge of Mining exploration and production with ICT technology background; Work in the Mining industry (from famous Mining companies e.g OCP, or big IT vendor or their Top integrators)
2.Know Morocco Key IT ecosystem, including IT vendor and their integrators;
3.Familiar with consultant project procedure, participate in consultant projects before;
4.Lead digital transformation projects for international or national Mining companies;
Business Skill:
1.Deep understanding of Mining business, can have high-level communication with the director and above customers;
2.Good document preparation and presentation capability;
3.Familiar with project bidding procedure, and have a good relationship with industry mainstream players.
Channel Sales Manager
Position responsibility:
1.Responsible for Channel Partner development and Management, Channel business operations.
2.Design Channel policy, strategy, structure. build channel ecosystem.
3.Responsible for one country/North Africa Region Channel Business.
Do a deep insight in different industries and Channel Market.
Professional Knowledge:
1.Understand or willing to understand the ICT market and product.
2.Have knowledge about channel business and sales.
3.Once worked or now working for local tax bureau/customs/banks/ ministry of finance/ electric power company as official IT staffs and be familiar with their business process.
4.Provided service/ products for or cooperated with above-mentioned organizations
5.Have a deep insight into the finance(banking) industry is preferred.
6.CCIE certified.

IT Solution Manager
Position responsibility:
1. Gain market insights, explore market opportunities, develop mid-and long-term sales strategies, and achieve annual sales and market targets.
2. Operate sales projects, participate in technical support for key projects, and output solution planning and design.
3. Promote the implementation of solutions from end to end.
4. Receive and guide key customers, and promote and communicate with customers at exhibitions.
5. Develop branding strategies and implement brand marketing activities based on opportunities and sales targets in the target market.
Professional Knowledge:
1.More than 5 years of IT domain pre-sale solution experience
2. Have a knowledge background in the IT industry, such as cloud computing, virtualization, big data, data center, and storage. Familiar with Huawei/EMC/HP/VMware or other main manufacturers of IT (Server/Storage/Cloud/HPC/VDI/Big data) related products and solutions.
3.Sales basic knowledge, customer relationship management, pre-sales project management
4.Customer relationship skills, Huawei HCIA/HCPP/HCIP/HCIE Certificate is preferred

Responsibility Description:
1. Provide product promotion and sales support in the regional market according

region.
2. Analyze the markets of target regions and key customers, explore
opportunities, expand markets, and build solution competitiveness.

of wireless products, communicate with customers on technical issues, design and

Responsibilities:
1. Support network project development in the local country and support network project development in the local region on business trips.

1. Professional background in engineering related to wireless, network, computer science and information systems, electronic and electrical engineering.
2. Have product and solution knowledge, processes, and methodology.
