Administration Manager
We are looking for a professional Office Assistant to plan, direct and coordinate all organization’s operations. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and processes. You will also be the intermediate between the company and all the other stakeholders (Suppliers, Bank, Public Administrations…)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost-effective and timely manner in alignment with the specifications and quality requirements
- Improve operational systems, processes, and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
- Purchase materials, plan payments and fees and ensure financial efficiency (Fees & Purchases Optimization, Debts Recovery…)
- Contribute towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives
- Create & Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability
- Deal with all the department’s requests (purchases and paperwork)
- Communicate the company’s culture clearly and ensure its respect by all the team members
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
Requirements:
- Proven 3+ years experience as an Accountant or Administration Manager
- Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Budget development and oversight experience
- Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices
- Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting, and metrics
- Office Automation skills (SAP, MS Office, etc.)

Senior UX/UI Designer
Welovebuzz is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join the engineering team. This full-time role is available in Casablanca.
The role:

What you will do:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with CEO and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
Ideal candidate:
- 3+ years relevant experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role

The role:
Reporting directly to the head of sales, you will be responsible for revenue growth and customer acquisition. Your role is to build and lead a sales team that will come up with experiments, strategies and offerings to grow Welovebuzz revenue.
What you will do:
- Ensure continued focus on top priorities and effective communication of priorities across the sales team
- Oversee day-to-day operations with the sales team
- Set revenue targets and forecast future revenue using data and market insights
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory and accounts
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Establish processes and frameworks to optimize how the teams operate and encourage maximum impact, goal setting practices, autonomy, and accountability
- Be the voice of the customer and make sure that we deliver an incredible customer experience and satisfaction

What you will do:
- Manage day-to-day operations with the sales team
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives

Video Producer – Internship
Welovebuzz is looking for an intern to join the production team. This internship role is available in Casablanca.
What you will do:
- Participate in daily content meeting
- Collaborate and brainstorm with the internal team to plan and produce videos
- Anticipate and respond to the needs and requests from Welovebuzz Prod team
- Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables
- Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shooting locations
- Help in shooting et editing videos
- Cover events on Facebook and Instagram stories
- Have fun, lots of fun, while you’re working
Ideal candidate:
- PhD in Aerospace Engineering and Neuroscience
- 6-month experience in the International Space Station
